The City of Steamboat Springs requests qualifications from Native artists and/or artist teams interested in creating a site-specific artwork that celebrates the history of Native indigenous peoples in Steamboat Springs and the Yampa Valley. The artwork would be a permanent outdoor exhibition in the new Steamboat Springs Civic Plaza.
