Project Description: RFP 10229- WRC- Parking Lot Renovations
Contract No. 1: General Construction
Bids will be publicly available on PennBid directly after the closing of Bids.
A pre-bid meeting will be held on 9/16/2025 10:00 AM. The attendees are directed to meet at the front of the
WRC - Parking Lot.
Bidding Documents will be available at no cost at www.PennBid.net as they become available.
This Project is subject to the provisions of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. ONCE THE DATE FOR SUBMISSION OF BIDS HAS BEEN REACHED, NO TERMS OF THE CONTRACT CONTAINED IN THE RFP MAY BE MODIFIED, REVISED OR CHANGED AND THE OWNER WILL NOT ENTERTAIN ANY SUCH REQUESTS.
All Bids must be accompanied by a bond with corporate surety or certified check in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Base Bid. Performance Bond and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the Contract Sum will be required from the lowest, responsible bidder for each Contract.
This Project is subject to the provisions of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act.
