Project Description: The City of Dallas (“City”) is seeking proposals from nonprofit entities to administer a program designed to accelerate the growth of existing small businesses. The City’s Office of Procurement Services(“OPS”), Business Enterprise Hub (“BEH”) division will procure one or more nonprofit entities for the development and administration of the Dallas Accelerator Program (“DAP”) to provide educational resources that will solidify stability and sustainability of local businesses.
