The "Project" of which the "Work" of the Contract is a part titled Maslow Park Fire Station 62 and is located at 4900 East Lana Drive, Las Vegas, Nevada 89121. The "Work" is described in the Project Drawings and Divisions 01 through 34 of the Project Manual.
The Work consists of the construction of the construction of a new 11,567 SF fire station complete with (3) apparatus bays and staff area requirements. Scope of Work includes demolishing existing splash pad, landscaping, trees, flatwork, parking lot and other items required to prepare site for new construction on the approximate 40,000 SF site. Construction includes all administrative work as outlined in the Division 01 General Requirements and the following using materials noted on Drawings and Specifications: Demolition of approximately 40,000 SF of existing splash pad, landscaping, trees, flatwork, parking lot and other items required to prepare site for new construction. A new 11,055 SF fire station complete with (3) bays and staff area for proper operations; Off-site construction, signalization; a new (approximately) 500 SF multi-use conference room complete with signage, parking area, landscaping and appurtenances including utility pioneering and on-site work; includes coordination Locution Systems as required for fire station operations; includes coordination with Owner vendors (installation); flag pole, digital sign, perimeter fencing, trash enclosure, mechanical yard and tank enclosure.
