This is a NOTICE OF INFORMATION ONLY. This notice is to inform interested parties that the planned release of the Request for Proposal (RFP) for the UDOT/UTA Subsequent Acquisition of Frontrunner Train Sets has been delayed.
The solicitation is now anticipated to be released sometime AFTER APRIL 1, 2025.
This NOTICE OF INFORMATION ONLY is also being released through the Utah U3P Bid System.
The Subsequent solicitation in regards to this procurement will be released solely through the Bonfire System.
Interested parties should register in the online bidding system in order to receive notification of any future solicitations.
This NOTICE is not a procurement process and NO AWARD FOR CONTRACT WILL BE MADE THROUGH THIS NOTICE. A response to this NOTICE is not an offer and may not be accepted to form a binding contract. .
