Project Description: This is an invitation-only solicitation limited to electrical engineering firms registered on the MRSC Consultant Roster.
Project Location: 3580 Pacific Avenue | Tacoma, WA 98418
South Sound 911 is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from licensed electrical engineering firms to evaluate the emergency power system at its Public Safety Communications Center (PSCC). The selected consultant will assess the existing generator and UPS configuration, verify system capacity and coordination, and develop recommendations for improvement. This solicitation is a qualifications-based selection (QBS) conducted pursuant to RCW 39.80.
