B. INVITATION TO BID

City of Pierre, Owner, will receive sealed bids for the Pipe, Valves, Fittings, & Hydrants, in Pierre,

South Dakota. Bids will be received at the City of Pierre’s C/O Finance Office located at 2301

Patron Parkway Suite #1, Pierre, SD, 57501 on February 5, 2026 until 4:00 PM. (Central Time); at

which time and place all bids will be publicly opened.

The CONTRACT SCOPE for the project generally consists of: Pipe, Valves, Fittings, & Hydrants

which includes but is not limited to: Separate Sealed BIDS for the furnishing of the products for the

Pipe, Valves, Fittings, & Hydrants which includes but not Limited to BID SCHEDULE “A” –

WATER PIPE; BID SCHEDULE “B” – WATER VALVES; BID SCHEDULE “C” – PIPE

FITTINGS; BID SCHEDULE “D” – FIRE HYDRANTS.

Contract documents may be obtained at City Hall or downloaded from the City website.

It is the responsibility of the Bidder to be familiar with the site and the corresponding site
