The Lowell Housing Authority and the Board of Commissioners, the Awarding Authority, invite sealed bids from Contractors for Phase II of a turnkey rehabilitation of vacant units at 145 & 183 Gorham Street at the South Common Village for the Lowell Housing Authority in Lowell, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by the Lowell Housing Authority.

The Project consists of: painting, flooring, light plumbing, cabinet & countertop installation and minor door and window repairs to make unit ready for tenant occupancy.
