Scope of Services
The successful Bidder(s) shall be responsible for providing all armored car transport services, to include both personnel and vehicles to collect monies (i.e. cash, coins and checks) collected in the various schools’ cafeterias, other school locations and administrative offices located within the District and depositing these monies at various central repository vaults. All monies will be secured in disposable deposit bank bags. Pickups shall be made on designated school days at each designated school unless otherwise advised by District personnel. Armored car transport services shall be provided at the prices specified herein during the term of the agreement to be used on an as needed basis by the District. The performance of the successful Bidder(s) shall be in accordance with the terms of the specifications set forth herein. Failure to comply with these requirements may be cause for Bid rejection or award cancellation.
