Notice is given that on February 25, 2026 at 2:00PM the Metropolitan Council will receive and publicly

open separate sealed bids for Overhaul Base Facility Addition, Project Number 64205, Contract Number

25P290.

The work of this project includes: Located on the east end of the Overhaul Base facility, there is an

approximately 3,200 square foot multi-use building with locker rooms, a break room, and mechanical

equipment mezzanine that needs to be demolished. Over the years, the COUNCIL has made yearly

repairs to the building roof system to correct leaks. In the winter of 2022/2023 a roof leak caused

extensive interior damage, which made the building unfit for occupancy. The new proposed building to

be built will include a break room, locker rooms, and a fitness center.
