This is a combined pre-solicitation/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with RFO part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation number 36C24126Q0174 is issued as a Request for Quotation for Laboratory/Pharmacy Courier Services throughout VISN1 VA Medical Centers.
This acquisition is set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).

Courier services throughout VISN1 VA Medical Centers and other sites as noted in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
The ordering period is 10/16/2026 – 10/15/2031.
Place of Performance/Place of Delivery: Throughout VISN1 VA Medical Centers and other sites as noted in the PWS.
