Description
Indigenous set-aside is being considered for this standing offer. The Standing offer will be used by various government departments in Ontario with exception to NCR.
Requirement will be tendered for three geographical areas. Each geographical area will have two streams (General and PSIB), for a total of up to six (6) Standing offers.
If there are no compliant bidders for one of the streams in any given geographical area, that area will not be re-tendered and the compliant bidder on the other stream will be selected. However, if there are no compliant bidders for both streams then the geographical area impacted will be re-tendered.
