The hydraulic elevators in the parking structures 601 Front Street (Soquel/Front Garage) and 1050 Cedar Street (Locust Garage) are currently non-functional and require modernizations. The Soquel/Front Garage elevator was installed in 2000, and the Locust Garage was originally manufactured and installed in 1992.
