The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract to provide: archival supplies that will be used to box, move, and store CCE's collections at the new museum and storage facility.
This RFP will result in multiple contract awards.
The methodology or formula that will be used to determine the number of contract awards is: It is anticipated that this RFP will result in multiple contract awards. The methodology or formula that will be used to determine the number of contract awards is: Any vendor that receives a combined total score of 70% of all available points. There are 700 technical points available and 300 cost points. Thus, any vendor that achieves a minimum score of 700 out of 1000 total points (technical + cost) will receive a contract.
Length of Contract: 5- years
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for 1- year.
