SOLICITATION
The intention of this solicitation is to procure a straddle type self-propelled 100 metric ton (MT) mobile boat hoist (MBH) and a custom spreader assembly with multiple lifting points (referred to as the custom spreader assembly in this specification), for the Naval Special Warfare Group 8 at the Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek (JEBLC), Virginia Beach, Virginia.
