Permanent Paving of Sanitary Sewer Laterals and Sanitary/Storm Sewer Repairs - Contract 26-2

Project Description: From time to time, the Owner requires the permanent restoration of trench areas resulting from new lateral sewer installations and sanitary sewer or storm sewer line repairs/installations. This project includes all required permanent restoration for calendar year 2026, with the option to extend the Contract to also include calendar years 2027 and 2028. The work includes all labor, materials and equipment required to perform this restoration, including bituminous and concrete paving, sidewalks and curbs, where applicable, on Township streets and State roads. The work shall include mobilization/demobilization, saw cutting, milling, excavation and removal of temporary repaving materials, compaction, new paving (bituminous or concrete as applicable), sealing of new paving edges, concrete sidewalk and/or curb replacement, and topsoil and seeding, where applicable.
