The Charter Township of Texas is requesting bids from contractors licensed in the State of Michigan to remove and replace roof shingles at the Texas Township Fire/Rescue building.

BID REQUIREMENTS

• All Bids must be submitted using the Proposal Form provided by the Township.
• Bids must include requested payment terms, number of full days to complete project and proposed warranty information regarding workmanship and materials.
• Bids may be emailed, mailed or hand delivered.

Submit Bid no later than 5:00 PM., Friday, October 3, 2025.
