Project Description: The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Smithfield City / J-U-B Engineers.
Questions: The deadline for questions is September 30, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. All questions shall be submitted in writing under the project location at www.jub.com or via email to: Marcus Simons, PE, email: msimons@jub.com.
Submission: Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Smithfield City Offices located at 96 S. Main, Smithfield, UT 84335, until October 14, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. local time.
Mandatory Pre-bid Conference: A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 11:00 a.m. prevailing local time on September 18, 2025, at Smithfield City offices located at 96 S. Main, Smithfield, UT 84335.
