Project Description: INVITATION TO BID
This solicitation is Stage II: Invitation to Bid of a multistage selection process for construction services. Only Contractors short listed by the Selection Committee during the Stage I: Request for Proposals process for this project are invited to bid during this stage of the selection process.
Project Description:The Point of the Mountain State Land Agency (POMSLA) is in the process of redeveloping the old correctional facility site located in Draper, Utah. As part of this work a 3-million gallon culinary water storage tank will be constructed on the east side of I-15 adjacent to the existing Department of Corrections Administration Building. The work will include demolition of 2 existing concrete tanks, excavation of the tank site, metering vaults, apprentice waterlines 16” and 30” to feed and distribute water to The Point development. The work also includes inlet and outlet vault structures, metering vault structure, approximately 1,300 linear feet of 30” and 12” ductile iron piping, SCADA, yard piping and restoration of existing sidewalks, roadways etc. that will be disturbed during construction.
