Request for Qualifications/Proposal
The City of Sallisaw will accept Request for Qualifications/Proposal in the Office of the City Clerk, 115 East Choctaw, Sallisaw, Oklahoma, 74955, until 3:00 p.m., Thursday, April 10, 2025, for:
COMPREHENSIVE MASTER PLAN FOR THE CITY OF SALLISAW
Prospective responders may either pick up a copy of the specifications in the City Clerk’s office located at 115 East Choctaw, or on the City of Sallisaw’s website at www.sallisawok.org.
Qualifications/Proposal shall be returned in a sealed envelope with the words “Response to RFQ/P” on the front of the envelope. Qualifications/Proposal will be reviewed for the best qualified firm that fits the needs of the City. Proposals will be accepted until 3:00 p.m., April 10, 2025, at city hall, in the office of the City Clerk during business hours, Monday through Friday, between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., or by mailing to City of Sallisaw, Attn: City Clerk, P.O. Box 525, Sallisaw, OK 74955.
Responders should carefully examine the request for qualifications/proposal documents, ask questions of the Economic Development Director, and fully inform themselves as to all conditions and matters, which can in any way affect the work or the costs thereof. Should a responder find discrepancies in, or omissions from this request, or should be in doubt as to their meanings, he should at once notify the City of Sallisaw and obtain clarification prior to submitting any proposal. Responders will be asked to submit certain information regarding their qualifications and planned work schedule.
Attention is called to the requirement that the successful responder must comply with all local, state, and federal laws, regulations and policies applicable to this qualifications/proposal request unless specifically excluded herein.
No responder may withdraw their proposal within thirty (30) days after the actual date of opening thereof.
The City of Sallisaw reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and accept the one which is most advantageous to the City.
