This is a stand along one year service contract, being awarded using "Best Value" to the government. Payment will be IPP.gov only at the completion of the project. Only one award will be made from this solicitition.

General Scope: Provide vault toilet pumping services to developed recreation facilities on the Mogollon Rim Ranger District, Coconino National Forest. Properly dispose of all human waste in accordance with industry standards.
Services: Annual vault toilet pumping service; Empty vault toilets annually or as requested based on need; Properly dispose of trash in accordance with industry standards.
