IFB 25-059 - Sidewalk Paving

The New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH) is seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB) contractors to perform sidewalk excavation, paving and repair work at the Central New York Psychiatric Center located at 9005 Old River Road, Marcy, NY. The work includes excavation, replacement, and repair of sidewalk and surrounding areas in several areas on the campus. These areas include Cottage Lane/Mason Street sidewalks, Bigelow Drive Main Entrance, and Mason Street.

All work is to be completed during normal business hours Monday through Friday.

Pre-bid Conference/Site Visit Registration Forms are due per the instructions in the IFB by 12:00 PM ET, Friday, August 22nd, 2025.

There is a Optional Site Visit at 9:00 AM ET on Monday, August 25th, 2025

Questions regarding this solicitation are due per the instructions in the IFB by 3:00 PM ET, Thursday, August 28th, 2025.

Questions will be accumulated by OMH and responses will be sent to potential bidders by Thursday, September 4th, 2025. The Q&A will also be posted to the contract reporter.

Bids are due no later than 3:00 PM ET, Friday, September 12th, 2025. No late bids will be accepted.
