Description
The Department of Wildlife and Parks is seeking competitive proposals from qualified vendors for a research, survey and monitoring project to evaluate recovery of the aquatic biotic community in Mill Creek (Washington Co. KS) after the 8 Dec. 2022 rupture of a nearby 36-inch crude oil pipeline near Mill Creek. Bidder will survey stream reaches at sites upstream, within, and downstream of the spill         site in 2025, 2026, and 2028 (Years 1, 2, and 4 of the contract).
