2026-2036 Water Master Plan Professional Services

The City of Shasta Lake (City) is soliciting qualifications and proposals from qualified consultants to provide professional services related to the preparation of a new service-area wide 2026-2036 Water Master Plan.  It is the intent of the City to hire a single qualified Consultant team that can provide the following services to the City:

• Project management.
• Data analysis, including review of the 2016-2026 Water Master Plan and Infowater model data, General Plan, and rate studies.
• Water utility modeling and calibration, including analysis of existing and future conditions and available capacity in the treatment facility, transmission and distribution mains, control valves, and storage tanks; and
• Development and preparation of the 2026-2036 Water Master Plan and 10-year Water Utility Capital Improvement Program (CIP), including identification of projects needed to correct existing system deficiencies and improvements needed to accommodate future demands.

Interested consultants are invited to submit qualifications in accordance with the requirements of this Request for Qualifications and Proposals (RFQ&P).  The City anticipates accomplishing the work associated with the project for approximately $200,000.  The successful Consultant must be aware of the budget limitations and be able to provide a clear plan for completing the required work that meets the project’s goals within the project budget constraints.

Proposals will be received by the City of Shasta Lake, Shasta Lake City Hall, 4477 Main Street, Shasta Lake, California, 96019, until 4 p.m. on June 6, 2025.

Firms shall possess all applicable licenses and qualifications needed to provide the services they propose on.  The City reserves the right to reject any or all Statements of Qualifications and Proposals.
