This Addendum is issued in accordance with the IFB Terms & Conditions and is intended to provide
additional information and clarification to Respondents.
This Addendum consists of two (2) items which are listed below and is an integral part of the IFB to which
it is attached, and is incorporated therein and made part thereof by this reference.
NOTE: Questions from the Pre-Bid Conference will be addressed in the upcoming Addendum.
