The Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA or department), an agency of the State of Texas, issues this REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) to solicit responses from qualified respondents for services to address technical assistance needs for Rural Health Clinics (RHCs) within the state of Texas. The objective of this solicitation is to study the issues and needs that RHCs have for the purpose of providing guidance with technical assistance and other resources to RHCs in the future while also initiating a basic technical assistance program that will address issues that are commonly known to exist for RHCs.
