Description

Contractor shall provide Water Quality Testing supporting VA Northern California Health Care System in accordance with the statement of work.

Period of Performance:

Base Year: 1/3/2026 – 1/2/2027

Option Year 1: 1/3/2027 – 1/2/2028

Option Year 2: 1/3/2028 – 1/2/2029

Option Year 3: 1/3/2029 – 1/2/2030

Option Year 4: 1/3/2030 – 1/2/2031

Site visit will be held on the following dates and times for the following locations (times all PST):

Redding: Dec 8th, 11:00am, Mather: Dec 9th, 9:00am,

Stockton: Dec 10th, 9:00am, Martinez: Dec 11th, 9:00am

Mare Island: Dec 11th, Directly following Martinez visit.
