Demolition of existing features, including, but is not limited to, the removal of concrete sidewalk, concrete splash pad deck, concrete curb, splash pad features, splash pad feature piping, underground mechanical system tanks, mechanical enclosure, and landscape. New improvements include, but is not limited to, construction of a new splash pad, mechanical building, site furnishings and landscaping.
