Description:

The Pennsylvania State Police (PSP) desires to procure, through a leasing option, a total of five (5) firearms/use of force simulators to enhance the training of law enforcement officers and community partners. This procurement includes installation services, ongoing hardware and software maintenance and support, and training of Commonwealth employees on the use of the simulator.
This procurement is being supported through a Department of Justice (DOJ), COPS Office Grant Award and as such, the selected offeror must be approved by the DOJ-COPS Office as a vendor prior to being awarded a final contract.
All Offerors are required to create a user profile within our JAGGAER portal.
