Sealed bids will be received and date/time stamped by the Texas Health and Human Services Commission - Maintenance and Construction, at 909 W. 45th St., Bldg. 3, Room 149, Austin, Texas 78751, Telephone: (512) 206- 5880 until 2:00 p.m., Thursday June 8, 2006 for Project 06-058-TSH. The bid opening will be held at 2:00 p.m. in Room 149. A PRE-BID CONFERENCE will be held at 10:A.M. on Thursday May 25, 2006, at Terrell State Hospital,1200 E. Brin, Terrell, Tx 75160, Telephone : 972-563-6452, in the Maintenance office. Attendance at the Pre-Bid Conference is STRONGLY ENCOURAGED. Plans and specifications will be available Monday May 8, 2006, from Kinsman & Associates, 8533 Ferndale Rd., Suite 102, Dallas, Tx 75238,Telephone:972-644-7876.A $40.00 deposit is required. Work consists of installation of Backflow Preventers, a Grease Trap and the up-grade of the Electrical Poles @ Terrell State Hospital Bids will be received in accordance with State Procedures.
