Project Description: The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Uintah Transportation Special Service District
Questions: Questions are due in writing to Brooks Jones, Project Engineer, at brooks.j@jonesanddemille.com on or before Wednesday, December 17th by 5:00 PM.
Submission: Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the offices of the Uintah Transportation Special Service District (UTSSD), ATTN: Julie Joy-Hundley located at 152 East 100 North, Vernal, UT 84078, until Monday, December 22, 2025 at 1:00 PM local time.
Pre-bid Conference: A mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project and associated Tied Project will be held on Monday December 15, 2025 at 1:00 pm local time at Jensen Water Improvement District Offices located at 5950 S 8500 E, Jensen, UT 84035. Bids will not be accepted from bidders that do not attend the mandatory pre-bid conference.
