Office on Addiction Services Request for Proposals for Opioid Settlement Funding 2026 Addendum

The Mercer County Department of Human Services, Office on Addiction Services, is accepting proposals for addiction services for indigent Mercer County residents for the period of Thursday, January 1, 2026, through Tuesday, December 31, 2026, with an option to extend for an additional year.
Funding will be made available in the following service categories, consistent with Exhibit E – List of Opioid Remediation Uses:

  • Prevent overdose deaths and other harms (Harm Reduction)
  • Support People in Treatment and Recovery
  • Prevention Programming
