The Maryland Department of Health (MDH or the "Department") is issuing this Invitation for Bids (IFB) in order to procure the services defined in this Section 2, as specified in this IFB, from a contract between the successful bidder and the Maryland Department of Health: To provide comprehensive laundry services for the Eastern Shore Hospital Center (ESHC) located at 5262 Woods Road, Cambridge, Maryland. The facility is an inpatient adult psychiatric facility providing care 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days per year.
