Rhoades Hall First Floor Renovations

Work for the Project shall be accomplished by Multiple Prime Contractors according to Pennsylvania statute. The Lead Prime Contractor shall be the General Construction Contract. Specific instructions for coordination and responsibilities of the Lead Prime Contractor are contained in Section 0131000, Project Management and Coordination, and elsewhere throughout the Contract Documents. Work included in each Separate Prime Contract shall include, but not be limited to, the following:

Exterior ramp construction, exterior wall infills, aluminum windows, doors, demolition of interior areas, and interior renovations for the creation of student housing units and restrooms/laundry facilities with mechanical, plumbing and electrical upgrades.

Work shall include, but is not necessarily limited to, the furnishing of all labor, superintendence, materials, tools and equipment and performing all work necessary to complete all General Construction to the satisfaction of, and subject to approval of the Professional and State System of Higher Education.

A Pre-bid conference, with site visit to follow, will be held on March 12, 2025, at 1:30pm, at Conference Room, 100 Building & Ground Road, Slippery Rock, PA 16057. The Pre-Bid Conference is non-mandatory but highly recommended.

Electronic Bids are due no later than 2:00 PM, EST on April 4, 2025, through PASSHE’s ARIBA Sourcepoint located at http://seller.ariba.com.

The Bid package is available at http://seller.ariba.com. In order to submit a proposal, interested bidders need to register at PASSHE’s ARIBA Sourcepoint http://seller.ariba.com.
