Description
The work to be accomplished under this project will be sectioned into multiple phases. The work to be completed includes:
Phase 1 – Information gathering & scope definition
Gather information and review existing studies that have been completed for the three sites. Engage internal staff to determine to determine functionality of the site and its operations.
Phase 2 – Assessment and Analysis
Conduct the required geotechnical, environmental, utility and investigative area studies to inform the reporting phase and conceptual design.
Phase 3 – Reporting
Identify, assess and recommend options for utility planning and servicing. Provide conceptual drawings of new campsites and supporting infrastructure in the identified areas. Assist with developing an implementation strategy for budgeting purposes and future project steps.
(If Required) Phase 4 – Water Servicing Alternatives
Pending the results and outcomes from the water servicing exploration in Phase 2, alternative water servicing options may be required. Phase 4 would include the preliminary reporting and validation of these alternatives.
