Project Description: THIS SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE SOLELY TO THE TOWN'S LIST OF PREQUALIFIED PUMP STATION VENDORS
The Town of Palm Beach, Florida ("The Town") is hereby inviting firms, prequalified via the Town of Palm Beach RFQ No. 2022-06, to submit competitive bids for the rehabilitation of the Town’s D-17 Stormwater Pump Station and E-13 Wastewater Pump Station. The work is shown in the construction drawings titled “D-17 & E-13 PUMP STATION REHABILITATION,” Mock•Roos Dwg No. 43-43-35-07, and described in the technical specifications titled “D-17 STORMWATER PUMP STATION & E-13 WASTEWATER PUMP STATION REHABILITATION,” dated June 2025.
All of the work is located within or near Clarendon Avenue (near the Intracoastal Waterway) in the Town of Palm Beach, Florida, as shown on the project construction drawings.

EOPC (Engineers Opinion of Probable Cost) for this project is $3,581,295.00.
SUBMISSION:
The Town only accepts online submittal of bids through Euna Procurement, the eProcurement platform linked to the Town website, promoting a greener footprint.
NON-MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING
A NON-MANDATORY Pre-Bid Meeting will be held virtually via the Microsoft Teams meeting platform. Date/Time are specified in the "Events" section. To join the meeting please see the instructions included under "Files" or copy/paste the URL in the "Events" section into your browser. Attendance is strongly encouraged as this will be the only forum to seek clarification directly from Project Manager, consultants and Town staff.
AWARD:
Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder whose bid meets the requirements and criteria set forth in this Invitation to Bid.
The Town reserves the right to award to that bidder who will best serve the interests of the Town, and to accept or reject any and/or all bids and to award or not award a contract based on this bid proposal. Prices quoted must be valid for a period of one hundred and eighty (180) days from the close of the bid.
RESPONSIBLE VENDOR DETERMINATION:
Respondent is hereby notified that Section 287.05701, Florida Statutes, requires that the Town of Palm Beach may not request documentation of or consider a vendor’s social, political, or ideological interest when determining if the vendor is a responsible vendor.
