Bid Type: Request for Proposal Locations: Chittenden Keywords: Sanitation Removal/Recycling Services Bid Description: The Chittenden Solid Waste District (District) is seeking a service partnership proposal from qualified companies to recycle shredded paper and hardcovered books from District facilities throughout Chittenden County. The selected service partner will pick up these materials from all six (6) of our Drop-Off Centers in Chittenden County. All proposals shall be for services provided at a one-year agreement with the option for CSWD to execute four (4), one (1) year extensions, for a total possible term of five (5) years. This opportunity allows for the service partner to provide both service and may offer compensation to the District for the shredded paper and hardcover book commodity (See Section 3.3). Please note that CSWD will not be providing compensation for these services.
