2025 Residential Life Dorm Renovations - HVAC REBID

Binghamton University is seeking a qualified contractor to perform HVAC work in the Choconut Apartment complex. Contractor will be responsible for working with/alongside other contracts underway within same spaces during course of work. The scope of work will include but not be limited to:

Remove existing fin tube radiator covers in twenty-one (21) apartments, public lounge and laundry room. Provide and install new fin tube radiator covers in twenty-one (21) apartments, public lounge and laundry rooms. Field measurements of existing conditions are the responsibility of the bidder. Any sizes indicated in the attached document are for reference only and represent relative size.

Prospective Bidders must purchase a bid set from nyplanroom.com to be considered a responsible bidder, even if the bidding documents were viewed or obtained from a plan room or source other than the designated website in either electronic or paper format. The designated website and registered bidders will be updated periodically with addenda, list of registered plan holders, reports and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the project.
