Description:

The Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) is soliciting bids from firms to provide Landscape Maintenance Services. Bids must address all services described in Exhibit A entitled, ¿Scope of Work¿ that is included in the Proposed Agreement Forms/Exhibits section of this IFB. Exhibit A contains a detailed description of the services and work to be performed, as a result of this IFB including those terms in the referenced exhibits.

(1) DVBE participation waived (incentive only).
(2) License Requirement: Contractors State License Board (CSLB) C-27, Landscaping Contractor.
(3) DIR Registration: Contractors and its subcontractors must be registered with the DIR Pursuant to California Labor Code Sections 1770, 1773 and 1773.1.
