Description
Purpose of Procurement
Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Proposals (eRFP) is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified supplier who will provide 40-ft Battery Electric Buses to the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia by and on behalf of Georgia State University (the State Entity) as further described in this eRFP.
Georgia State University is requesting Proposals for Battery Electric Buses in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications set forth herein. The University intends to purchase eighteen (18) forty (40) Foot Battery Electric Buses for use on University routes serving students, staff and the public. Please see attachments for further information.
