Office 365 Licensing and Migration Services

Project Description: Springville City is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced vendors to provide Office 365 Government licenses and professional migration services to support the City’s transition from its existing on-premises Microsoft Exchange Server 2019 environment to a fully cloud-based Office 365 platform. This initiative supports the City's strategic efforts to modernize its technology infrastructure by adopting secure, scalable, and government-compliant cloud services that enhance collaboration, improve reliability, and reduce administrative overhead. The selected vendor will assist with both the procurement and implementation of Office 365 Government (G1, G3, G5) licenses and perform a full cutover migration to Exchange Online, ensuring a smooth and timely transition prior to Exchange Server 2019’s end-of-life in October 2025.
