RFQ - Design Engineering Services, Allen Brook Community Park

SCOPE OF WORK: The Town of Williston is seeking an engineering firm for design services for the permitting, phasing, construction plans and documents using the concept plan as the basis for most design elements. The engineering firm will guide the Town in developing a phased approach to build the park out to the vision in the master plan over 10-15 years. In addition, the scope of work will include creating bid documents for phase one of the project, overseeing the bidding process for phase one, and providing project management for phase one. Accordingly, all aspects of final design must conform to town and state regulations. Please read further details in the full RFQ document PDF below.
