PROJECT: SE Douglas Avenue Pavement Repairs
Project No. 24PW09
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, based on a review of the bids received on the above
referenced project, the City of Roseburg intends to award the contract to Guido
Construction, Inc., in the amount of $259,390.56 for schedules A, B, and C.
A bidder may submit a formal written protest of this Intent to Award within 7 calendar
days of the date of this notice. The written protest must specify the grounds upon which
the protest is based. For the protest to be considered valid, it must show that the
protesting party is an adversely affected or aggrieved bidder as described in OAR 137-
047-0740. Such protest must be submitted to City Recorder Amy Nytes, 900 SE
Douglas, Roseburg, OR 97470. Any protest received after this deadline will not be
considered.
