STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW)



FOR



Oily Waste System (OWS) Separator Inspect and Repair





During dry dock, an install was performed to modernize the Oily Water Separator system. The OWS starts up and is able to achieve an effluent below 15 ppm in recirculation mode. When the OWS attempts to shift to overboard, the flow sensor is indicating insufficient flow through the system to maintain a discharge overboard state, goes back into recirculation mode, and continues to attempt to discharge every 10 seconds.

    1. OBJECTIVE





The goal is to supply CGC Healy with a service technician familiar in GEA oily waste system to troubleshoot the cause of insufficient pressure to discharge overboard:






  1. The Contractor must provide the services of an OEM authorized/ licensed Tech Rep for the OWS to accomplish the following on site:

    1. Inspect the OWS for root causes of insufficient flow to overboard discharge and repair to those issues.

    2. Submit CFRs for inspection and repair plan.

    3. Provide manufacturer's proprietary system/ equipment information, software, and tools.

    4. Assist with and ensure compliance with manufacturer's procedures and standards during disassembly, inspection, repair, modification, calibration, and reassembly of the equipment/system.

    5. Ensure the Tech Rep is an OEM Certified Representative for the system/equipment stated above and demonstrated on their résumé.

    6. Conduct an operational test post repairs to ensure the system is working in accordance with OEM parameters.









Site visit: contractors may conduct site visits at their own expense prior to conducting work.
