City of Minot Requests for Sealed Bids

The City of Minot, North Dakota is requesting sealed bids for salvageable items, located within structures that were purchased by the city within the footprint of the flood control project.

Items will be sold as-is with no guarantee or warranty to their condition or soundness.

Each bid must include either 1) the entire bid amount or 2) a five (5) percent bid bond in a separate envelope attached to the bid envelope. Acceptable will be cashier checks, bidder bond, or cash. Any outstanding balance must be paid within five (5) days of highest bid award.

Items are being sold as a package, not individually. The winning bidder acquires rights to all advertised salvageable items within the structure at the designated address.

Items must be removed at winning bidder’s expense, within 10 business days of bid award. Items left beyond timeframe are considered forfeited and subject to demolition with the structure.
