The purpose of this amendment is to:
- Extend the date for quote submissions: all quotes due no later than October 17, 2025, 2:00 PM PT, to Contract Specialist Katharine Robert, via email only to katharine.robert@va.gov.
- Update the Instructions to Offerors and Evaluation Addendum.
- Update the Performance Work Statement to incorporate administrative clarifications.
- Update the clauses and provisions to include omitted mandatory clauses.
- Update the CLIN structure.
- Incorporate a contract ceiling and guaranteed minimum amount.
- Combine the solicitation and all attachments into one document.
Offerors are strongly encouraged to review the entire combined synopsis prior to submitting or revising an offer.
