Electronic Recycling Event

The City of Bowie, Maryland requests bids from qualified and experienced recycling contractors to conduct four (4) one-day Electronics Recycling Events at the Public Works Solid Waste/Recycling Parking Lot located at 16500 Annapolis Road, Bowie, MD, in accordance with the attached specifications and documents.   Complete specifications and bid documents may be obtained at no cost through Bid Locker at https://bidlocker.us/details/5260_Fy26_Electronics_Recycling_Events .  Registration to use Bid Locker is at https://bidlocker.us/Account/Signup and is free to all interested parties.

Electronic (pdf) bids will be received through Bid Locker at https://bidlocker.us/details/5260_Fy26_Electronics_Recycling_Events until 11:00 a.m. on Monday, September 22, 2025. The City of Bowie reserves the right to reject any bids.

All questions or requests for clarifications regarding this Invitation for Bids are required to be submitted through the Bid Locker platform at https://bidlocker.us/details/5260_Fy26_Electronics_Recycling_Events .  Deadline for inquiries is 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 17, 2025. Written responses to all questions and/or clarifications will be issued as an addendum to the solicitation no later than Thursday, September 18, 2025, to all those who have registered with Bid Locker and downloaded the specifications and bid documents.

The City encourages certified disadvantaged business entities to submit a bid.
