NOTICE AND ADVERTISEMENT FOR CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY - WALKER COUNTY BOARD OF EDUCATION
ROSSVILLE MIDDLE SCHOOL ATHLETIC FIELD AND CONCESSIONS INVITATION TO BID
1.1 SOLICITATION
A. Sealed bids from General Contractors will be received by Walker County Board of Education in the Facilities and Operations Department at 298 Culberson Avenue, LaFayette, GA 30728 until 2:00 P.M. on Thursday, January 16, 2025 for construction of:
ROSSVILLE MIDDLE SCHOOL ATHLETIC FIELD AND CONCESSIONS 2478 HAPPY VALLEY ROAD, ROSSVILLE, GA 30741
B. A Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held on Tuesday, January 7, 2025 at 11:00 A.M. at 298 Culberson Avenue, LaFayette, GA 30728.. Any person or entity that fails to attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting will not be permitted to submit a Bid for the Project and any Bid submitted by a person or entity that did not attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting will be returned unopened.
C. No extension of bid will be made. Interested parties are invited to attend.
