Emailed Bids will be received for the repair of the concrete walkway located between the existing mixed-use building and upper level of the two-level parking deck. Work required pursuant to this contract includes the following: Furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, services and incidentals necessary for the complete restoration of the existing walkway, the adjacent precast concrete building wall, door saddles, aluminum storefronts, and southern edge of the upper-level parking deck at Park 215.
