The Fremont Unified School District (District) will be considering qualifications and proposals from qualified persons, firms, partnerships, corporations, associations, or professional organizations to provide full architectural planning and design services for the Ardenwood ES, Cabrillo ES, Glenmoor ES, Forrest Park ES, Niles ES & Warwick ES (Group 2 & 3) shade structure projects. The "project" is under the Fremont Unified School District's Measure E Program.

Respondents to this RFQ should submit one (1) electronic copy of their proposal (“Submittal”) via email, as further described in this RFQ, and clearly identify the RFQ number (RFQ 439-09-20-24) in the subject line, to:

All questions regarding this RFP must be directed to Vatsal Shah, Project Manager at vatsal.shah@cumming-group.com; the subject line of the email must reference the project RFP #. All questions must be revoiced on or before 2pm on Friday, October 4, 2024.

ALL RESPONSES ARE DUE BY 2:00 P.M., on Friday, October 11, 2024. Any Submittal received after that date and time will not be accepted. Faxed or mailed responses will not be accepted.

Each submittal must conform and be responsive to the request.

Respondent is responsible for reading this RFQ in its entirety.
